- Email: Account notifications, documents, and correspondence
- Phone Calls: Customer service and account-related calls
SMS Terms:
- Messages are transactional and directly related to your loan application or account
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity
- Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of text messages
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
- We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate express consent
- Opting out of SMS may affect our ability to provide timely updates about your loan
6. Banking Data Authorization
As part of the loan application process, you may be asked to connect your bank account through our secure third-party provider (Flinks). By doing so, you authorize:
- The retrieval of your account information, balances, and transaction history
- The use of this data solely for the purpose of assessing your loan application and verifying your financial information
- The secure storage of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us, though doing so may affect your loan application or existing loan.
7. Repayment and Collections
- Repayment terms are defined in your individual loan agreement
- Failure to make payments on time may result in additional fees, interest charges, and collection activity

- We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unpaid debts
